OneSpaWorld is hiring a Claims Coordinator – Risk Management in Coral Gables, Florida, to evaluate and process claims involving onboard incidents for guests and crew. The role coordinates with shipboard medical teams, cruise line partners, and internal stakeholders; investigates claims; maintains claims databases; and processes payments. Candidates should have an associate's degree or equivalent professional experience, strong claims-process knowledge, communication and organizational skills, and at least two years of guest or crew maritime claims experience is preferred. The position offers competitive hourly pay plus a target bonus.
