ICW Group is hiring a Claims-focused EDI Compliance/Data Analyst to support regulatory reporting, compliance data management, and claims data quality across multiple jurisdictions and lines of business. The role involves analyzing workers’ compensation and claims EDI data, reconciling FROI/SROI diaries, supporting Medicare Section 111 and other reporting requirements, troubleshooting submission errors, maintaining documentation and workflows, assisting with audits and training, and collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and state/federal agencies. The position is office-based, hybrid-tagged, requires 2+ years of claims insurance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tools, and does not offer employment sponsorship.
