WebTPA is hiring a full-time, in-office Claim Examiner in San Antonio, Texas, with training scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST for four weeks and anticipated start dates of 10/12/2026 and 11/9/2026. The role processes and adjudicates medical, dental, vision, and mental health claims; conducts claims research; reviews coverage and medical necessity; investigates overpayments; resolves appeals; and coordinates with providers and clients. Candidates need at least two years of related experience, healthcare claims adjudication experience, a high school diploma or GED, CPT and ICD-10 coding knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
