Description
WebTPA is hiring a Claim Examiner to process and adjudicate medical, dental, vision, and mental health claims, conduct claims research, review coverage and medical necessity, investigate overpayments, resolve appeals, and coordinate with providers and clients. The role requires 2+ years of related experience, healthcare claims adjudication experience, CPT and ICD-10 coding knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows and related programs. Training begins on 10/12/2026 or 11/9/2026, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time for four weeks.
