WebTPA is hiring a Claim Examiner to process and adjudicate medical, dental, vision, and mental health claims; conduct claims research; verify coverage and medical necessity; investigate and recover overpayments; resolve appeals; negotiate settlements; and respond to insurance complaints. The role requires at least two years of related experience, medical claims and adjudication experience on a computerized claims payment system, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of medical coding, CPT, ICD-10, COBRA, HIPAA, pre-existing conditions, and coordination of benefits.
