WebTPA is hiring a Claim Examiner for a four-week training program beginning 10/12/2026 or 11/9/2026, with a Monday-to-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule. The role processes and adjudicates medical, dental, vision, and mental health claims; conducts claims research; reviews coverage and medical necessity; investigates overpayments; resolves appeals; and coordinates with providers and clients. Candidates need at least two years of related experience, healthcare claims adjudication experience, a high school diploma or GED, CPT and ICD-10 coding knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
