Smart Data Solutions is hiring a Claims Examiner II in Chennai to review, research, adjudicate, and process healthcare claims across professional, institutional, dental, and vision plans. The role uses CMS-1500, UB-04, and ADA forms; ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and modifier coding; payment methodologies; provider and member record updates; and claim-system documentation. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of healthcare claims-processing experience, familiarity with claims workflows and COB, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment. The position is office-based and offers flexible shifts from 4:00 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST.
