Description
The Claims Supervisor will supervise Claims Leads, Claims Examiners, Project Coordinators, and Adjusters; manage claims inventory across multiple companies; resolve departmental and employee issues; review and update policies and procedures; and coach, counsel, reward, and evaluate subordinate staff. The role requires health and managed-care knowledge, ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS, RBRVS, and medical-terminology knowledge, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred 5–6 years of supervisory or management experience and 2–3 years of managed-care claims experience. Compensation is $46,924.80–$70,408.00 annually, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and business travel insurance among the benefits.
