Description
The Claims Manager analyzes complex workers' compensation claims, determines benefits and exposure, manages litigation and rehabilitation, negotiates settlements, calculates reserves and payments, prepares state filings, coordinates vendors, manages recoveries and offsets, and maintains client relationships. The role is remote in California, operates on an 8:00–4:30 shift, requires five years of claims management experience, and includes a minimum of three years of public entity experience; a bachelor's degree and professional certification are preferred, while a credit security clearance is required.
