The Claims Handler processes fully covered insurance claims independently, reviews coverage and liability issues, communicates with customers and workshops, resolves customer concerns, and documents claims in internal systems. The role requires vocational training, strong customer orientation, IT proficiency, and a structured working style; insurance experience is advantageous but not required. It is a full-time position in Salzburg with home-office models and a starting gross salary of EUR 2,528.04 per month.
