Description
The Claims Handler serves as the first point of contact for customers in the automotive insurance sector, handling claims and claim-related questions, coordinating the claims process between customers and insurers, maintaining relationships with customers and business contacts, and solving complex claims issues. The role requires several years of insurance experience, MBO+/HBO education, Excel and Word experience, and fluent Dutch; it offers a temporary contract with possible permanent status, 32–40 hours per week, and a salary of €3,200–€4,200 per month.
