Description
The Claims Handler will manage motor claims related to warranty coverage for Italian and international public and private clients from the Rome Claims Department office. Responsibilities include customer assistance, documentation collection, technical claim analysis, policy coverage verification, claims-system entry, insurer reporting, stakeholder coordination, and claims closure, as well as preparing claims statistics. The role requires a diploma, with a law degree preferred, along with results orientation, teamwork, and Office Suite knowledge. The expected base salary is €25,500 to €39,100, with benefits including health insurance, meal vouchers, life insurance, pension, vacation, and additional coverage.
