Description
Nationale-Nederlanden is hiring a Claims Handler in Zwolle to independently assess and coordinate commercial claims, monitor claim processes, conduct fraud checks, and coordinate with internal departments and external parties. The role is hybrid, with work partly from home and partly at the Zwolle office, and requires an MBO level 4 diploma, Wft Basic certificate, relevant motor traffic claims experience, and strong Dutch and English skills. Compensation is €17.95 per hour gross, with a 13th-month payment bringing the rate to €19.45 per hour.
