Swyfft is hiring a full-time, 100% remote Property and Casualty Claims Litigation Specialist, Coverage to analyze coverage for homeowner, commercial property, and general liability claims, including litigated and non-litigated matters. The role reviews coverage positions, drafts reservation-of-rights and denial correspondence, communicates defense and indemnification decisions, evaluates complex injury demands, and monitors outside counsel. Candidates need 5–7 years of property and casualty coverage and multi-state litigation experience, experience directing coverage counsel, and adjuster licensing eligibility in Texas, Florida, California, or New York. The position is based in one of the listed U.S. states and includes medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and other benefits.
