Description
The Claims Manager will manage insurance claims files, analyze and process auto, home, liability, and other claims; coordinate damage assessments with experts and repairers; follow up on claims until closure; advise clients; and contribute to process improvements. The role requires a two-year post-secondary qualification in Insurance, Law, or Management, at least two years of claims management or insurance-sector experience, knowledge of insurance products and claims processes, strong analytical and organizational skills, and fluency in French, with Dutch knowledge an asset.
