getolo GmbH is hiring a full-time Claims Manager / Claims Handler for its dentolo dental supplemental insurance product in Berlin, Germany. The role independently processes dental insurance claims from cost estimates through invoices, calculates reimbursements using software, supports claims-process optimization and automation, advises Customer Support colleagues, communicates with customers by phone, and works toward team targets. Candidates should have initial claims-processing or billing experience, ideally in dental or insurance, empathetic communication skills, structured independent work habits, time management, digital-tool proficiency including MS Office, and German language skills at C1 or higher. The position is hybrid, with home-office or Berlin-Mitte office work.
