Description
The Claims Manager manages employment-related claims, administrative agency matters, and litigation involving Atlantic Health and its related entities and individuals. The role reviews legal documents, investigates facts with Human Resources and operational leaders, oversees outside counsel, coordinates discovery and litigation activities, handles matters before employment and labor agencies, prepares claim summaries for internal committees, manages claims in an electronic system, and communicates litigation findings to support corrective action plans.
