Apollo is hiring a Platform Partner Syndicates Claims Manager to oversee claims performance and governance across delegated and syndicate business, manage delegated claims authority arrangements, support complex and high-value claims, monitor claims trends, produce reporting for senior stakeholders, and help develop the Platform Partner Syndicates claims operating model. The role requires significant Lloyd’s and London Market claims experience, broad claims knowledge, experience with third-party claims service providers, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
