Bupa is hiring Claims Processing Consultants in Adelaide for multiple 12-month fixed-term opportunities across Hospital and Ancillaries (Extras) claims. The role assesses and processes health insurance claims, handles complex and exception claims, responds to customer and provider enquiries, works across multiple systems, investigates issues, and improves processes. Candidates should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities; health insurance, healthcare, claims, or contact centre experience is preferred but not essential. After three months of onsite training, the role follows a hybrid arrangement of two office days and three home-working days.
