Ellio is hiring a Claims Processing Specialist in Erfurt to handle inbound product and service inquiries by phone and in writing, document processes, advise customers on tariff changes and mobile communications products, offer contract extensions and tariff optimizations, prevent cancellations, manage goodwill credits, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires strong German communication, customer service, sales, independent and structured work, and PC skills; prior customer-service experience is not required because training is provided.
