Pets Plus Us is hiring a remote Claims Processor in Canada to investigate, evaluate, and process pet insurance claims, determine policy coverage, assess medical history, issue claims decisions, and coordinate with veterinary hospitals and policyholders. The role requires at least three years of veterinary field experience for a licensed technician or five years for an unlicensed assistant, a high school diploma or GED, and an associate degree or equivalent work experience; veterinary technician licensure is preferred.
