The Claims Specialist handles claims and correspondence, reviews claim documents, enters decisions, creates escalations, verifies data, and supports internal and external clients while meeting service-level expectations. The role requires a GED or high school diploma, strong attention to detail, written English skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently at a computer workstation.
