The role involves investigating, quantifying, analyzing, adjusting, and settling complex property claims, particularly those exceeding $200,000. Responsibilities include managing claims across various distribution channels, handling mid-to-complex first-party residential, commercial property, or equipment breakdown losses. The specialist will communicate with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders, document claim files, analyze information, interpret policy wording, and negotiate settlements.
