Description

Intact is seeking a Claims Specialist, Property (Intact Prestige) to investigate and resolve complex personal property claims for high-net-worth clients. The specialist will conduct field inspections, document claims, analyze damage assessments, and negotiate settlements while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires extensive field experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years experience handling personal property claims with direct field experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
Passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Strong aptitude for technology with excellent computer skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
