The employer is seeking an experienced Claims Support professional to work as an independent contractor for an Australian insurance brokerage. The role is fully remote and requires handling claims lodgement and management from notification through resolution, coordinating with account brokers and insurers, maintaining claims records, following up on missing documentation, and supporting the broader broking team. Candidates need at least three years of commercial and domestic claims experience, familiarity with Insight or similar broking platforms, knowledge of insurance policy wording and PDS documents, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
