PacificSource is hiring a Claims Supervisor to lead and coach Claims Analysts and support staff, oversee claims production and quality, resolve adjudication and appeals issues, and support claims processing, training, performance evaluation, and process improvement. The role requires at least three years of related insurance or supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of health insurance and claims systems, and advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills. It is an office-based position requiring approximately 5% travel, with a base salary range of $50,830.78 to $81,329.23.
