Matrec is hiring a permanent Truck Driver – Class 3 – rear loader for waste-collection work in Montreal and the North Shore. The role involves driving a rear-loading truck, collecting wheeled bins and containers, communicating with dispatchers, maintaining customer relationships, completing reports, reporting service issues, and performing vehicle safety checks. The schedule is variable from Monday to Saturday, with overtime, weekend, and statutory holiday availability, and includes 100% employer-paid insurance. A valid Class 3 license with an F(M) endorsement is an asset, while front-loading vehicle experience, a good driving record, manual dexterity, autonomy, and customer service skills are required.
