The role involves 21 days out on the road with 7 days home, no-touch freight, average 2,000–2,400+ miles per week, and pay of $0.69–$0.80 per mile (about $90k–$112k annually). The position requires 8 months of verifiable OTR/regional dry van tractor-trailer experience in the past 4 years, winter driving experience in December through February, and passing urine and hair drug screening.
