Description
Builders FirstSource is hiring a Class A CDL Delivery Driver for its Hermiston, Oregon yard. The role involves transporting and delivering building materials and products, loading and securing cargo, assisting customers with unloading, verifying deliveries, completing documentation, providing customer service, and complying with DOT and company safety requirements. The driver must operate vehicles exceeding 26,000 pounds GVWR, may tow trailers exceeding 10,000 pounds, and may operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. A high school diploma or GED, valid Class A CDL, at least one year of delivery driving experience, and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card are required; two or more years of Class A CDL experience, building-materials delivery experience, and forklift certification are preferred.
