The employer is hiring five Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated local refrigerated-freight account serving grocery stores within a 250-mile radius of Shelbyville. The route consists of out-and-back runs with home-every-day scheduling, 8-hour shifts, and start times from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Drivers must have at least six months of experience, hold a CDL A, and be able to operate a pallet jack; SAP drivers who have completed RTD Step 5 are welcome. The position offers 90 CPM plus stop and load pay, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, a $500 paid orientation, late-model trucks governed at 70 MPH, and one weekend day off plus one weekday off each week.
