DLM Pro is hiring a mid-level Class A CDL Local Shuttle Driver in Westfield, Massachusetts. The role hauls refrigerated and frozen grocery freight between distribution facilities and relay yards using no-touch, drop-and-hook shuttle operations, with an average of 5 to 10 local runs per day and daily home time. Drivers must perform inspections, operate safely and legally, maintain customer service standards, and occasionally complete store deliveries, trailer moves, and backhaul pickups. The position requires a valid Class A CDL, at least three months of Class A driving experience, reliable commuting transportation, and the ability to use an electric pallet jack when needed. Compensation averages $1,350 per week and includes a dedicated account, consistent year-round freight, uniforms, and stable long-term work.
