Description
Oak Harbor Freight Lines is hiring a full-time local Class A CDL Pick-Up and Delivery Truck Driver. The driver will operate freight-handling equipment, transport and deliver shipments safely, document shipment exceptions and delivery paperwork, use electronic devices, handle hazardous-material documentation, provide customer service, and travel to nearby terminals. Applicants must be at least 21, hold a Class A CDL and valid DOT medical certification, have at least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment, maintain a clean driving record, and communicate effectively in basic English. Hazmat, tanker, and doubles/triples endorsements are preferred or required within 45 days of hiring. The position is home nightly and includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, holiday pay, and a cell phone stipend.
