CarMax is hiring a Fleet Driver I in Richland, Mississippi, to transport used vehicles between company locations, approved vendors, and customers. The role requires pre- and post-trip inspections, DOT and FMCSA compliance, vehicle loading and securing, hands-on freight handling, and professional interaction with vendors, store associates, and the public. Applicants must be at least 21, hold a valid Class A CDL, have a clean driving record, and have either 2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience or 2+ years of commercial motor vehicle driving experience at CarMax. The position pays $21.50 to $36.60 per hour and includes paid sick, vacation, and holiday time for eligible associates.
