Synergy Recycling is hiring a Local Class B Route Driver in Winter Haven, Florida to collect waste oil and anti-freeze from customer locations such as garages, automotive dealerships, fleet maintenance facilities, bus companies, airports, and rental car companies. The role operates a Class B tanker, makes 10–15 stops per day, pumps tanks and drums, collects samples, and generates new leads in the field. The position is local Monday through Friday with home nightly, pays up to $25 per hour plus commission, and offers health benefits after 30 days of full-time employment. Applicants need a minimum Class B CDL, Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, at least three years of CDL experience, ELD device proficiency, and strong customer service skills; previous route experience is preferred.
