Description
The Driver is responsible for safely transporting, delivering, packing, and installing high-value furniture and artwork while maintaining client service and operational documentation. The role leads and relays project information, supports team meetings, trains and mentors team members, handles inventory and equipment, operates tools and vehicles safely, and resolves installation or move-related problems. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of moving, packing, delivery, or installation experience, customer service and supervisory experience preferred, a valid Texas driver’s license, proof of insurance, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. The schedule is typically 40 hours per week, with hours generally between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, occasional weekends, overtime, and travel of up to 25% including overnight and out-of-state trips.
