Description
Teachstone is seeking bilingual independent contractors to provide project-based Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) observation services in Infant, Toddler, and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms across Virginia. Assignments may be offered between October 2026 and May 2027, subject to project needs and contractor availability. Preferred qualifications include current CLASS certification, relevant education or coursework, early-childhood classroom experience, prior CLASS observation experience, quantitative or qualitative data-collection experience, English and Spanish fluency, and strong communication and organizational skills. Contractors are responsible for certification, data entry, documentation, quality assurance, transportation, equipment, taxes, insurance, and business expenses, and the engagement is project-based with no guaranteed assignments, hours, or ongoing work.
