Mercado Envíos is seeking a Reverse Logistics Manager to lead and manage the reverse logistics team across the entire chain, handling returns, unsuccessful deliveries, and pickups. The role collaborates with transportation and operations teams, monitors and executes KPIs, identifies process improvements, makes strategic decisions, develops a safe and efficient team, and ensures operational excellence. Candidates should have an Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related degree, five years of similar experience, and experience in continuous improvement, logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or reverse logistics and warranties.
