Description
Solterra Academy is hiring an in-person Classroom Support Staff member to assist teachers and support teams with academic, vocational, and behavioral programs. The role provides active supervision, supports students with academic tasks, implements behavior intervention plans, delivers therapeutic feedback, collects behavioral data, and contributes to safe classroom environments through TCI and PBIS practices. The position may rotate among classrooms and requires a year-round commitment, including the summer session. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred; CPR certification and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention certification are required within specified timeframes. The salary is $18.00–$23.00, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus available.
