Exadel is seeking a skilled engineer to collaborate with business stakeholders and domain experts to identify and improve workflows using Claude Code Skills. This role involves designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining reusable Claude Code Skills, translating complex business processes into structured instructions for AI agents, and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of developed skills through iterative testing and stakeholder feedback. The successful candidate will also take on technical leadership responsibilities.
