Description
ProXWorks is hiring a full-time Software Engineer in Hildesheim to build client websites and AI automation for German SMEs. The role is split between approximately 60% client projects involving Nuxt or Next.js frontend development, Node.js or FastAPI backends, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, and deployment to Hetzner servers, and approximately 40% AI automation, including content pipelines, agent workflows, lead qualification, report generation, and RAG systems. The engineer will work autonomously, review AI-generated code, maintain architectural and data-model quality, and contribute to technology decisions.
