Exadel is hiring for a role focused on designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining reusable Claude Code Skills and AI-agent workflows for a large global human resources consulting client. The position combines stakeholder-facing business analysis with hands-on software engineering, prompt and context engineering, agentic workflow design, and evaluation of non-deterministic AI solutions. The role requires strong practical Claude Code experience, production-quality engineering skills, and the ability to translate complex HR-related business processes into executable AI instructions. Work may be in-office, hybrid, or remote depending on location and contract type.
