Boardwalk is hiring an experienced Cleaner to maintain and sanitize common areas, vacant suites, garbage areas, and other residential community spaces. The role also includes interior and exterior garbage pick-up, snow removal, touch-up painting, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and other site-assistance tasks. Applicants need two years of cleaning experience, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to perform physically demanding work; English proficiency, technology familiarity, customer service, time management, teamwork, and a positive attitude are also required.
