ABM is hiring a Lead for its McAllen facility at 4800 Tanya Avenue, working Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at $19.00 per hour. The role supervises facility operations and janitorial staff, delegates assignments, maintains building cleanliness and safety, operates specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals, handles service requests, checks supplies, and trains new hires. A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required, while one year of similar, customer service, or lead experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
