CFM is hiring one permanent employee for the Cleaning, Bed Processing, and Textile Controlling area at the Benjamin Franklin campus in Steglitz, Berlin. The role combines cleaning and bed-processing duties with employee onboarding, training, guidance, complaint documentation, customer service, personnel deployment planning, process implementation, and quality checks. It requires glass-and-building-cleaning training, hospital-cleaning experience, employee-leadership and personnel-deployment experience, German language skills, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The position offers 39 weekly hours, flexible working hours, and part-time employment options, with gross monthly pay of 2,749.19 € to 3,035.16 € for full-time work.
