ISS Defence Living & Working Services is hiring a full-time Cleaning & Housekeeping Supervisor to lead cleaning and housekeeping teams at Irwin Barracks in Karrakatta, Perth. The role oversees scheduled, responsive and clinical cleaning across accommodation, shared facilities and operational areas; coordinates staffing and periodic cleaning programs; conducts inspections and audits; responds to customer requests; maintains equipment and supplies; supports safety and compliance; and assists with team training and onboarding. Applicants need at least two years of cleaning supervisory experience, Australian citizenship, a current National Police Check, strong leadership and customer-service skills, computer proficiency, knowledge of safe chemical handling, and eligibility for a Defence Baseline Security Clearance. Previous Defence, government or secure-site experience, a Certificate II in Cleaning, a driver's licence, Senior First Aid, UKG Pro experience, and specialised cleaning equipment experience are desirable.
