Description
The Cleaning and Maintenance Assistant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining office and common areas, stairwells, and sanitary facilities; inspecting and documenting cleaning work; reporting and recording damage; organizing laundry and providing workwear; and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Initial cleaning experience is an advantage but not required, and familiarity with cleaning chemicals, carefulness, independence, time management, reliability, and responsible work-equipment handling are expected.
