Description
The Cleaning Coordinator will coordinate, monitor, and adjust the Master Cleaning Plan across production, packaging, warehouses, and the silo park. The role schedules and oversees cleaning activities, checks hygiene and microbiological compliance, manages cleaning materials and products, provides functional leadership to five permanent cleaning staff, organizes training, and coordinates with operations, technical services, quality, external partners, and suppliers. The position requires a bachelor's degree, knowledge of cleaning methods and audit requirements, production and safety familiarity, planning and communication skills, basic English, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and SCADA (Citect).
