ABM is hiring a Shopping Centre Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at Guildhall Shopping Centre in Exeter. The role involves working hands-on with cleaning staff, leading and developing operatives, coordinating schedules and resources, conducting quality inspections, managing cleaning supplies and equipment, addressing cleanliness complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and COSHH requirements. The position follows a 42-hour-per-week 4-on-4-off schedule with 12-hour shifts and pays £14.08 per hour.
