Description
Dexterra Group is hiring a Site Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across assigned sites or contracts. The role manages budgets and financial performance, builds client relationships, leads and develops site supervisors and frontline teams, ensures safety and quality compliance, monitors KPIs, supports workforce planning, and conducts operational reviews. The position requires at least five years of operations management experience in facilities management, hospitality, food services, or a related industry, experience managing 24-hour operations and teams, and willingness to travel between sites. The schedule is 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, an evening/night shift.
