ISS is hiring a full-time Cleaning Supervisor in Melbourne to manage day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple government sites. The role oversees cleaning service delivery, client and team communication, contract management, rostering, KPIs, audits, safety practices, incident reporting, and hazard management. Candidates should have previous cleaning supervision and commercial cleaning experience, knowledge of OHS legislation, and a current or obtainable Working With Children Check; a Certificate III in Cleaning Operations is desirable. The position is salaried and includes a company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, and iPad.
